KULBROEN 

It is not just a bridge - it is a cultural organisation around a bridge... Kulbroen is a long running city development project at the south harbor in Aarhus, Denmark. Kulbroen was founded by Martin Thim in 2014. The project is fully funded (80 million DKK) and being build right now - expected to be finished early 2027.
